No, you can order as many as you like. You can also combine them into a 60/90 second video. Just be sure to let us know in the questionnaire after you place your order.
Yes, you can order up to 4 videos in one order, and can combine them into 1 video. Each video you order will be treated as a 30 second segment, so if you order 2 you will have a 1 minute video. Just be sure to mention it in the questionnaire.
Once you have the first draft of the video, you will be able to make 1 - 5 round of animation changes free of charge (depending on the plan that you paid for). If after that you are still unhappy, you can request a refund and we will provide a 50% refund to you.
Yes, we are currently running a promotion where we can offer a 30-second animated video at just $99.00. Additionally, we normally do not allow a customer to combine a plan into one single video with more duration, but at this time, we do allow customer to do it. For example: A customer pays for the PREMIUM plan. This plan actually allows him to have 3 videos @90 seconds each. However, he does not need 3 videos and he just need one video for about 2 minutes. In this case, we can combine 3 video into one single video @2 mins for him.
